Shipping + Returns
Shipping is via first class USPS unless otherwise notes. First class shipping generally takes anywhere from 3-8 business days, but can take longer, and a specific ship delivery date is not guaranteed unless pre-arranged with Nancy Nikko Design.
Nancy Nikko does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, I will happily refund or replace any item(s). Please send an email with explanation to Nancy [!at] NancyNikko.com before returning. Damaged items must be reported within 1 week of package delivery and a photo for insurance purposes may be required.
