Returns and Exchanges
Nancy Nikko Design does not accept returns on personalized items.
However, I will happily refund or replace any item(s) which arrive damaged. Please send an email with explanation to Nancy [!at] NancyNikko.com before returning, a photo of the damaged item may be required.
Damaged items must be reported within 1 week of package delivery.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal , Stripe, Apple Pay- sales tax is applied to orders placed in Illinois.

Shipping
REMINDER: Please make sure your shipping address is current
Shipping is via USPS, and all non-personalized orders shipped within 2 business days. If you are ordering custom stationery or labels, your order will be shipped within 4 business days of your stationery proof approval.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.

International Shipping fees:
Please note, at this time, this website is only shipping to the USA.
There are some options to ship outside the USA in our Amazon store, which can be found at: Nancy Nikko Amazon
All customs fees, VAT fees etc are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES VARY. To most countries, packages arrive within 12 - 20 days. That said, there are instances when packages get caught up in customs and have taken as long as 4-8 weeks depending upon the country being shipped to. Please let me know if you need a package within a specific time frame before ordering so that I can l check to see if I can accommodate your schedule.

What is your turnaround time on personalized items?
Turnaround time varies depending on the product, but for most, it's 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri). However, much depends upon how quickly a proof is approved.

Once a proof is approved, it will usually ship within 2-3 business days. The exception being large custom orders, or something outside the scope of my regular listings.
What is your turnaround time on non-personalized items?
Items that do not need proof approval ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
How do I personalize my order?
Personalized is input at time of purchase, by adding your text to the personalization box. If for some reason the box is not showing on your listing, you can use the 'notes to seller' option when checking out, or the contact form.
Do you provide a proof?
Nancy Nikko Design provides a digital proof on all personalized items, within 1-2 business days. Generally, it's arrives the day after you've ordered (Mon-Fri).
